Alternatively, you can also link directly to an image on the web using the Web link field type, and it will display images inline if configured to do so. I am a reef aquarium hobbyist and have created a database to track corals I come across that I would like to purchase over time. Problem is right now I have to go back to the linked page to remind myself what it looks like. I am sure it would be great for any aquarium business people that might subscribe to your service. Exports always reflect the view parameters as they were last saved. If you modify the filters, but don't save, the export won't match. Essentially, you create a field in the second category that links to entries in the first category. Once you've done that, you can "derive" any data from that linked entry.
