Account plans
When you open a Dabble DB account, you choose a monthly plan which determines certain parameters of your Database. The parameters include:
- How many separate users can access your database
- The amount of storage for Attachments
- Whether your data is private or public
(Non-profit customers receive discounts for paying for a year in advance. Contact us for more details.)
Changing plans
Since pricing is on a month-to-month basis, you can change the number of users and/or storage at any time. Go to Administration and click the Account Info tab, then use the Change user and storage details link to change your account as needed.
If you are still in your free trial, you can also switch to a free Dabble DB Commons account, which will release your data to the public.
You can not change your subscription to be for fewer Users than currently have access to your database, nor for less storage than you are currently using for attachments. You may, however, remove users and attachments at any time.
To remove users, click the List of users by application. Check each user that you want to delete, and then click Delete below.
