Duplicate action

The duplicate action allows you to clone one or more entries from your application at once. You can use the action in a Table view. Each entry you duplicate will appear twice in the view and throughout your application. (If you do not subsequently change the duplicate entries, there may be some confusion, especially for links to those entries, as there is nothing to distinguish which one is which.)

To duplicate entries:

1. Select the entries you wish to duplicate by clicking the check box next to each one in a view. Or, if you wish to duplicate all entries in the view, leave all the check boxes unchecked.
2. Open the Actions… menu, and select Duplicate all, or if you have checked particular entries, Duplicate checked.

The entries will be duplicated immediately. If you make a mistake, you can use Undo to remove the duplicates.
