Move column

You can rearrange the order of columns on a Table view. This will also affect any corresponding Compact view and Calendar view — but you must make the change in the table view.

To move a column to a different position in a view:

1. Click the header of the column to open its menu;
2. Move your mouse over Move to reveal the submenu;
3. Select First, Left, Right, Last or After. If you choose “After”, select the column after which you would like your column to appear.

Option 1 for moving a column

Use the Show/hide/reorder columns link to click and drag columns into the order you prefer. Option 1 works just as well, but Option 2 may take less time if you have many changes to make.
