The application list shows you all of the applications in a Database. You will see the list when you first login to the database (if there is more than one application). You can also access the list at any time by clicking the Applications link in the upper right corner of the screen.

On the list, there is a link to create a new application.

For each application that already exists, you will see the name, a description (if one has been added), and a link (Select) to start using it. If you are an administrator, you will also see these options:

• Copy structure of the application to create a structural duplicate
• Edit Details to edit the description that appears below the name
• Sharing to change with whom this application is shared
• Delete to remove the application and all of its data from the database
