The diagram shows two Categories. The Client category has a field, “Contacts”, which is a List of entries associated with the Contact category. The default options mean that each Contact entry also has an inverse field, “Company”, which points back to the Client entry.

Each individual Client entry is associated with one or more individual Contact entries, and vice versa, as indicated by the arrows.
