This field type lets you store phone numbers. At present, the only extra feature offered by this field type is a dialing link that is compatible with the Skype application. Clicking the dial link next to a number will open Skype and start a phone call with that number.

You can specify a default phone number for when new entries are created with this field. This only applies to the future: existing entries will not have their values changed.
