Each person with a separate login name and password is counted as a user. You can also control access, to decide whether each user can view and/or modify data in any particular application. You can also publish publicly-accessible views and forms which do not count against your user quota.

All paid accounts include the ability to upload and store files in the database. The storage limit indicates how much you can upload. (This limit applies only to files, not actual data.).

With the free Commons plan, all data stored in your application can by read (but not edited) by the public and by search engines.

With paid accounts, all data is private and securely stored. Data can only be accessed by you and users you designate.
