We use Dabble DB to schedule our technical reviews, centralize all available information about labeled websites (currently more than 300), maintain our address book for our contacts and organizations and to keep of track of the work of the 4 person technical crew.  The CSV export tool synchronized with an internal MySQL database allows us to send automated e-mail messages to our contacts.  Most of us work in offices across the country and we do not have a centralized file server or intranet.  We rely quite heavily on Dabble DB.  

Interesting to note is that one of my colleagues is blind and uses Dabble DB with a screenreader, Braille display and speech synthesis. Dabble DB is actually quite accessible!

AnySurfer is a Belgian Web Accessibility Project founded by two non-profit organizations that offer services to the blind and the visually impaired. Our goal is to make websites more accessible to all internet users, but with a special focus on people with functional disabilities.
