The impact of this tool has been immediate and significant; participant information is better organized and we are more nimble in evaluating and understanding program outcomes. With Dabble DB we have moved to paperless participant profiles. Prospective applicants are steered to the “interest form” on our website with the use of Dabble DB’s external forms. Managing applicant and volunteer information with Dabble DB has created efficiency, saving staff time and increasing our yield from intake to application.

Streetwise Partners operates under the premise that the more we know about what impact we are actually having on participants, the better staff and volunteers will do. Dabble DB enhances our management of contacts, events and outcomes and we are consolidating data in a single place.

StreetWise Partners builds mentoring relationships between motivated low-income individuals and volunteer business professionals to develop workplace skills and employment networks as the bridge to a successful career. They currently run five individual mentoring and training programs in New York City and Washington.
